All TRINCA looms are equipped with an integrated remote assistance system, allowing TRINCA technicians (upon customer approval) to remotely access at the machine.

This system allows TRINCA technicians to monitor the machine and access at all machine and drive parameters, without the need for additional software or devices. TRINCA technicians can chat with the customer to identify and resolve any issues.

The connection can be established by connecting the TRINCA machine to a network and setting up a VPN for access.
TRINCA controls are suitable and ready for INDUSTRY 4.0 interfaces and for interfacing with the customer's management system.
